On 12 November 2024, TikTok will respond to the pleadings of TBYP, SMC and SOMI in which the foundations have explained why they have filed the appeal. A hearing at the Court of Appeal is scheduled for 2 April 2025. During the hearing, all parties will speak, after which the court will decide on the appeal.
