Now that Take Back Your Privacy (TBYP) has amended its funding agreement

Now that Take Back Your Privacy (TBYP) has amended its funding agreement at the request of the District Court of Amsterdam and filed a deed relating thereto on 8 November 2023, the District Court of Amsterdam can decide on the standing of TBYP and indicate which foundation will be appointed as exclusive representative in these WAMCA proceedings. The court has informed TBYP that it will render its judgment on this matter on 27 December 2023. After almost three years of litigation, after 27 December 2023 TBYP hopes to finally be able to take steps on the merits in the mass damage case against TikTok.
