The Amsterdam District Court was due to render its judgment on the admissibility of TBYP (and the other foundations) and the appointment of the exclusive representative on 11 October 2023. The court has informed the parties to the proceedings that the judgment date will be postponed by several weeks. As soon as TBYP receives an update on the new judgment date, an update will follow on this website.
