On 28 June 2023, the second hearing took place. During the hearing, Take Back Your Privacy substantiated why the foundation is admissible and why it should be appointed as the exclusive representative. TBYP also addressed the possibility of collective actions regarding GDPR violations and the (material and immaterial) damages suffered by the children. The other two plaintiffs and TikTok have also spoken. The court plans to render judgment on 30 August 2023 and to decide which plaintiff is best suited to continue the TikTok proceedings.
